4 Cases of Giant-Cell Tumors of Bone

Abstract
|
|
|
This paper presents four cases of giant cell tumor of bone treated at the orthopedic dept. of the Seoul Red cross Hospital during the period of Oct. 1968 to Dec. 1970.
All the four cases 1) involved the ends of long bones, 2) recurred after the inital curattage and bone graft and 3) were confirmed by biopsy.
Only two cases treated with amputation secondarily go on without another recurrence for one and half years and seven months respectively.
